The personal data of the registered users of this website are processed exclusively by an administrator who is authorised and duly trained to do so.

Personal data means data that leads to the identification of an individual.

By registering, you provide obligatory data:

By registering you can provide optional data:

• phone number.

Personal data is stored electronically and is secured by multi-factor authentication (a procedure used to verify the identity of the controller) to prevent access by unauthorised persons. Authentication is changed at regular intervals.

Personal data is retained for the duration of the registration and will be deleted periodically thereafter in January each year.

According to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the registered user has the right to erasure, rectification and restriction of processing.

The controller shall process the request of the registered user for erasure, rectification or restriction as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the request.
